Half-Day Virtual Forum:
Online T&L 2019-20: The HKU Experience

Jointly organised byCentre for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning (CETL) & Technology-Enriched Learning Initiative (TELI)

With teaching and learning being switched to online due to COVID-19, teachers at HKU have been exploring various approaches in online pedagogy and assessment. Despite the challenges caused by time pressure and uncertainties, many innovative practices emerge that leverage the online environment, keep students engaged, and even create more exciting learning opportunities.

This half-day virtual forum will showcase good practices in online pedagogy and assessment from a range of disciplines at HKU. The first two hours in the morning will focus on online pedagogy and the afternoon sessions will focus on assessment. We will also cover some of the most concerned topics about online teaching and learning. Please join us in this virtual forum. It is a good time for us to share, learn and reflect on the HKU experience.
