I’m writing again about the OLEX examination system. TeLi, ITS and the Examinations Office have held several training sessions this week. If your course will use OLEX for the examination, you are strongly encouraged to join one of our training sessions to familiarize yourself with system. The dates, times and registration links are listed below.

Students are reminded to read the message sent out by the Examinations Office on April 30, 2020. Teachers, invigilators and staff are reminded to read the message I sent out last week here. We’re aware of some social media concern about the use of Zoom and we’ve adopted several security protocols in our OLEX system to prevent leakage and intrusion. It is therefore important for everyone who will use OLEX to be familiar with the system.
