Please find the updates from Professor Ian Holliday shared by Dr Lucy Jordan, Associate Dean (Undergraduate Education).
Please note that all classroom booking records for UG classes on the system are cancelled at the moment. This is because all classrooms will be opened automatically with the booking records on system. However, there were a few occasions in the past few days that a teacher needs to enter the classroom and use the computer for Zoom lecturing but the classrooms were locked.
If colleagues need to use the computer in the originally assigned classroom for online teaching, please book the room again with Exams Office by sending an email to roombook@hku.hk or calling the hotline: 2859 2445.
